The race has a 720 rider limit and we have sold out, again, just as in the past, so next time, get your entry in early.

If you pre-enter our events and would like to ride on a row close to someone, then please enter WITH them.  We can't promise to get you close if you enter at separate times.

Make sure your entries are for the class you are eligible to ride.  It is the rider's responsibility to be enter the correct class.

Sorry, but there will be NO REFUNDS!

(Unless the reason for not being able to compete is 100% the responsibility of SERMA.)
Most people don't realize this, but about half of your entry fee does NOT go to the club.
We are required to pay fees for every entrant, regardless of whether they show up or not, to the SC Forestry Commission,
SETRA (sanction organization) and to the NEPG promoter.
Once your name is listed on the entry site, they have you as an entrant, and we are responsible for those fees.
